  18. <p>     "This is a picture of three people who hate to have their
  19. photo taken," declared Tom Hanks, who last week wrapped up The
  20. Bonfire of the Vanities. For him, making the film wasn't much
  21. fun either. "It's been a monumental responsibility. You don't
  22. usually get to do movies of this size unless warfare is
  23. involved," said Hanks, who plays the embattled Wall Streeter
  24. from Tom Wolfe's best seller. He did enjoy his co-stars, though
  25. he spent only two weeks working with Melanie Griffith and three
  26. days with the sizzling Bruce Willis. No time to burn.
